Lynnel Brewster is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who has been working in the health field for over 20 years. Lynnel brings a compassionate perspective to her work. After practicing as a registered nurse and Director of Care at a large church, she returned to pursue her Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling. Lynnel has training and experience in marriage and family therapy. She also has experience working in a residential treatment facility dealing with addiction and co-occurring disorders. During that time, she also worked with the family members of those struggling with active addiction.
As a National Certified Counselor (NCC), Lynnel has been trained to use an eclectic approach to therapy, including, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and several approaches in Marriage/Family Therapy.
