Brent Olean is the President of Transformation Counseling Center, Inc. He is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a Nationally Certified Gambling Counselor (NCGC) with more than twenty years experience in the field of helping others navigate through the storms of life. Mr. Olean received his Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh and his Bachelor in Social Work from Slippery Rock University. In addition, Mr. Olean earned a Bachelor of Theology from Life Christian University.
Mr. Olean has a vast array of cultural experience having served honorably for the armed forced for over 14 years. He has lived abroad learning many different family dynamics and how uniquely they mesh within each culture.
In addition he has had to help people deal with dreadful tragedies such as plane crashes and many other types of terrorizing experiences people have to learn to live with. Because of these circumstances, he understands the effects of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) as well as other types of Anxiety Disorders.
In his private practice, Brent Olean has specialized in therapeutic techniques that address the unique psychosocial needs of those suffering from addictions including pathological gambling, pornography and other sexual addictions. He has worked in residential facilities dealing with dual diagnoses. He has expertise in dealing with the emotional challenges of the family as well as the ones suffering from addictions.
Mr. Olean is a member of The National Association of Social Workers and has served on the board of the Irene Stacy's Community Mental Health facility since 2008. He has consulted with many facilities with their program development.
Licensed Professional Counselor, Specializing in Sex Therapy
Brady Novotny is a professional counselor currently working with adolescents, adults, and couples. Brady graduated with a Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty University. Additionally, he has done post-graduate work specializing in Sex Therapy, Sexual Addiction, and Gambling Addiction. He has also had experience working as a drug and alcohol counselor at Irene Stacy Community Mental Health Center; here, he worked with addictions and co-occurring disorders. While at Irene Stacy, Brady served on the Center’s Wellness committee, promoting healthy habits and behaviors for the center’s employees. He believes that there is hope for everyone, and he has seen many lives transformed while under his care. Brady states:

As your therapist, I listen with a compassionate heart to what you tell me, but I also pay attention to how you tell me. I strongly believe in the transformative process that occurs through therapy."
Brady uses an eclectic approach to therapy, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
Licensed Professional Counselor, National Certified Counselor
Tiffany McClelland has been working in the counseling professional for the past 5 years. She received her degree in Community Counseling with a Specialization in Addiction Counseling (MA) from Slippery Rock University. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC). Some of her work experience includes inpatient, college counseling in a university setting, gender specific units, and outpatient. In these setting, Tiffany worked with adolescents, young adults, adults, and geriatric populations. Areas of focus are: Mood Disorders, Depression, Anxiety, Substance Abuse, Co-occurring, Trauma & PTSD, and Relationship Concerns. Her BS in Public Health has also helped shaped Tiffany’s career, as she believes it is important to educate and teach prevention, wellness, and overall health to individuals. Throughout her work, she recognized the impact that trauma has on people and the way it tends to shape lives, especially at an early age. Throughout her career, she has taken steps to become more trauma-informed and creates a safe environment in which people can process and work through any trauma related issues.
Currently, Tiffany is working on obtaining her Yoga Teacher Certification. By incorporating yoga and therapy, Tiffany can help people become more aware of their thinking patterns and gain back body awareness. Along with yoga therapy, Tiffany helps clients learn mindfulness techniques to help become aware of internal dialogue. She utilizes Dialectic Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, Solution Focused, and Humanist theories. Utilizing different approaches allows sessions to be client focused and tailored specifically to every persons individual needs.
